1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Brain Games ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Brain Games is a mobile puzzle game application for iOS that includes the following games:

• Sudoku - Classic number puzzle with multiple difficulty levels
• PathFinder - Path discovery puzzle with progressive difficulty
• Maze - Maze navigation puzzle with various shapes and patterns

The App provides 3 free levels per game. Additional levels require a one-time in-app purchase.

3. In-App Purchase

Brain Games offers a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase that unlocks unlimited access to all levels across all games, including future game additions.

• The purchase is a lifetime unlock with no recurring charges or subscription fees
• All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store
• Pricing is set in the App Store and may vary by region
• You may restore your purchase on any device signed in with the same Apple ID

Refunds

All purchases are made through the Apple App Store. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple directly. We do not process refunds. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

4. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on any iOS device that you own or control, subject to these Terms and the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

You may NOT:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Attempt to extract the source code of the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices in the App

5. Intellectual Property

All content in Brain Games, including but not limited to game designs, graphics, user interface, algorithms, and code, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You do not acquire any ownership rights by purchasing or using the App.

6. User Conduct

You agree to use the App in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to:

• Use automated tools or scripts to interact with the App
• Attempt to bypass the in-app purchase mechanism
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the App

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Defects will be corrected in a timely manner
• The App will be compatible with all devices or iOS versions

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the App
• Any unauthorized access to your device data
• Loss of game progress or saved data
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful components

9. Third-Party Terms

Your use of the App is also subject to Apple's App Store Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Apple's terms, Apple's terms shall prevail with respect to matters within Apple's control.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Upon termination, your license to use the App will immediately cease. Any in-app purchases made prior to termination remain subject to Apple's refund policies.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
