How do I restore my purchase?

Open Brain Games, and tap "Restore Purchase" on the home screen. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase.

The app isn't working on my device

Brain Games requires iOS 15.1 or later. Please ensure your device is updated to the latest iOS version. If the issue persists, try deleting and reinstalling the app (your purchase can be restored).

How do I request a refund?

All purchases are processed by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com and follow Apple's refund process.
